ICC, ChIP - Verified - Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.4 - 2.5 ?g per mL. For ChIP applications, the suggested dilution is 1:50 to 1:200 by volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
This clone does not react with mouse (in-house tested). A non-specific band was observed (around 37 KD) when this antibody was tested on Raw264.7 cells
