WB - Quality tested
- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.25 - 1.0 ?g per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
CD204 is polymorphic and clone 7G5C33 may not react with all mouse strains. In house testing with this clone showed no reactivity to C57BL/6 mouse spleen samples.
The predicted molecular weight of CD204 is 50 kD, the observed molecular weight when clone 7G5C33 is used for western blot is ~70 kD. This is likely due to glycosylation of CD204 at multiple sites.- RRID
