ICC, IP - Verified - Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 - 0.5 ?g per ml.?For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 1.0 - 5.0 μg/ml is recommended. For immunoprecipitation, the suggested use of this reagent is 5.0 - 20 μg per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
This antibody, clone 7G6B09, detects both human DDX17 isoform-1 (p82) and isoform-2 (p72) by Western blotting. Clone 1B5B09 detects only human DDX17 isoform-1 (p82) by Western blotting.
