Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by the inhibition of proliferation induced by recombinant human Oncostatin M (Cat. No. 555202) at 2.2 ng/mL on TF-1 cells. ND50 range: 0.5 -2 μg/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
