Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.2 - 2.0 ?g per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
This antibody also detects a non-specific protein of approximately 145 kD in the mouse brain. Clone A16003A does not cross-react with human and rat (in-house tested).
