- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.2 - 2.0 ?g per ml. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 8?- 10??g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
For IHC-P, use 100 mM Tris, 10 mM EDTA, pH 9.0 for antigen retrieval buffer. Not recommended for use with Tris-buffered saline antigen retrieval buffer.
