IHC-P - Verified - Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by western blotting. For western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 2.0 - 10 ?g/mL.?For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 2.0 - 10 ?g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
This antibody predominantly detects C5b in human cell line and human plasma. At high concentration (between 2 and 10 ?g/mL), the full-length C5 is also detected at ~190 kD in human cell lines, but not in human plasma.
