Block - Quality tested
- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by blocking the binding of 0.08 ?g/mL recombinant mouse CD27L to 2 ?g/mL immobilized recombinant mouse CD27 (TNFRSF7)-Fc. ND50 = 0.3 - 1.5 ?g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
