- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by blocking the binding between mouse BTLA-Fc chimera and mouse HVEM-Fc chimera. Ultra-LEAFTM purified anti-mouse CD272 (BTLA) antibody blocks the binding of 0.03 ?g/mL recombinant mouse HVEM-Fc chimera to 1 ?g/mL immobilized recombinant mouse BTLA-Fc chimera. ND50 range: 0.08 – 0.5 ?g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
