ICC, ICFC - Verified - Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by western blotting. For western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 ?g/mL.?For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 1.25 - 5.0 μg/mL is recommended.?For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25 ?g per million cells in 100 ?L volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
This product has high background in WB if used at concentrations above 0.2 μg/mL.
This product is not suitable for ICC if cells are fixed with methanol only.
