Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by blocking the binding between mouse CD27 (TNFRSF7) and mouse CD27L (CD70). The ND50 range: 0.3 – 1.5 ?g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application
