Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by western blotting. For western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.25 - 1.0??g/mL.?For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 5.0 - 10.0 μg/mL is recommended. For immunoprecipitation, the suggested use of this reagent is 2.0??g/test. For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 1.0?- 10??g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Antigen Details
- Structure
- CDK1 is a 297 amino acid protein with an estimated molecular weight of 34.1 kD.
- Distribution
-
CDK1 is expressed throughout the cytoplasm and nucleus.
- Function
- CDK1 is a serine/threonine kinase.
- Interaction
- CDK1 phosphorylates a myriad of targets including transcription factors, other kinases, enzymes, and structural and nuclear proteins associated with mitosis. Additionally, CDK1 is regulated by other kinases, most notably Wee1, which inhibits CDK1 activity.
- Biology Area
- Cancer Biomarkers, Cell Biology, Cell Cycle/DNA Replication, Cell Proliferation and Viability
