IHC-P, ICC, ICFC - Verified - Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by western blotting. For western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.25 - 0.50 ?g/mL.?For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 1.0 - 10.0 ?g/mL is suggested.?For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 1.25 - 5.0 μg/mL is recommended.?For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.125 ?g per million cells in 100 ?L volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application
- Application Notes
When testing by ICC, we recommend fixation with 4% PFA followed by permeabilization with Triton X-100 or ice-cold methanol.
