神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)存在于神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞和神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌組織中,起源于神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞的腫瘤可產(chǎn)生過量的NSE。NSE也是小細(xì)胞肺癌的檢測指標(biāo),70%左右的小細(xì)胞肺癌患者血中NSE升高,而其他組織型肺癌NSE升高的患者僅為10%~20%。
