產(chǎn)品介紹 | Dihydrotestosterone is a biologically active metabolite of the hormone testosterone, formed primarily in the prostate gland, testes, hair follicles, and adrenal glands by the enzyme 5a-reductase by means of reducing the 4,5 double-bond. Dihydrotestosterone is produced by males in utero and is responsible for the formation of male gender-specific characteristics as well as contributing to other characteristics generally attributed to males, including facial and body hair growth, and deepening of the voice. 雙氫睪酮亦稱(chēng)17β-羥基-5α-雄[甾]烷-3-酮、5α-二氫睪酮、5α-DHT、或雄烷酮(stanorone)。是睪酮的雙鍵在5α處被還原的甾醇。對(duì)附屬腺(前列腺、精囊腺等),起著所謂的真的雄性激素的作用。在附屬性腺的細(xì)胞中存在著形成該甾醇的5α-氫化酶。該甾醇和受體蛋白質(zhì)在細(xì)胞內(nèi)結(jié)合成的復(fù)合體進(jìn)入附屬腺的細(xì)胞核中,促進(jìn)新的蛋白質(zhì)合成。顯示出比睪酮稍強(qiáng)的雄性激素作用。5β-體雖在肝臟、雞冠等中以睪酮形態(tài)存在,但是沒(méi)有雄性激素的作用。5α-二氫睪酮由于3α-羥基甾醇脫氫酶的作用而代謝成為5α-雄烷-3α-17β-二醇排出體外。 |
