- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by blocking the binding of 0.5 ?g/mL recombinant human ACE2 (Cat. No. 792002) to 1 ?g/mL immobilized recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S protein S1-Fc chimera (Cat. No. 793004). ND50 range: 0.04 - 0.2 ?g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
